Australia based Retail FX and CFDs broker VT Markets has announced that it has hired Eslam Elshafay as Operations Manager for the MENA region. He will be based in Dubai for his new role at VT Markets.
Eslam Elshafay joins VT Markets from Accuindex, where he was CS & Operations Manager in Dubai for the past two and a half years. Prior to Accuindex Eslam worked at MultiBank Group and at FXGate.
As the Operations Manager for VT Markets in the MENA region, Eslam Elshafay will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of services, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. The company said that his strong leadership abilities and strategic vision will help streamline internal processes, drive organizational growth, and foster a culture of excellence within the MENA region.
