CMC Markets plc (LON:CMCX) announces that Euan Marshall has resigned as the Group Chief Financial Officer and as a Director of the company with effect from January 2024, to assume the position of CFO at IntegraFin Holdings plc.
Over the next six months Mr Marshall will remain focused on the effective and orderly handover of his responsibilities. The search for a new CFO will commence shortly, and a further update will be issued when appropriate.
