FX Swaps and NDF pricing and data provider DIGITEC has announced that Errol McKenzie and Asim Ahmed have joined its London office.
DIGITEC’s London office includes staff with extensive industry experience across a range of different roles, including sales, customer service, product development, IT services and engineering. The office brings DIGITEC closer to its London-based bank clients and offers access to many regional FICC trading hubs.
The new hires are:
Errol McKenzie, who joined as Head of Customer Service and Success, reporting to Stephan von Massenbach, Chief Revenue Officer. Errol has worked in globally recognised multinational businesses for 30 years. He joined from CME Group where he led the global operations team for optimisation. His experience includes working at Traiana where he was Head of Global Services and Deloitte where he was a Partner.
Asim Ahmed, who joined as Service Level Manager, reporting to Errol McKenzie. With 17 years of experience in service, governance and project management, Asim has managed business-critical services within complex corporate ecosystems. He joined from Three where he was Service Level Assurance Manager. Previously he worked at Hue Global Solutions and Ericsson.
