Vesuvius India on Friday post market hours had intimated the exchanges about the Board Meeting of the Company. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. While the meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended on December 31, 2024.

The Board will also consider and recommend dividend on Equity Shares of the Company.

In addition the Board of Directors will be considering the proposal of split/sub-division of Equity Shares of the Company in such manner as may be determined by the Board of Directors subject to approval of Members of the Company and such other regulatory approvals, as may be required.

The Financial Year of our Company ends on December 31, every year.
