February end will see two pharmaceutical conclaves hosted in India, at Hyderabad (25-26) and Mumbai (27-28), respectively.
The pharma industry, pegged at about $55 billion, is projected to reach $130 billion by 2030. The conclaves come even as the industry faces geo-political headwinds in the global market, with strife in some regions and changing policies in others. In the domestic market, too, it is faced with concerns on quality, as companies look to climb the innovation ladder.
