Tata Communications on Monday said it has issued commercial papers to raise ₹465 crore. The commercial papers were issued on February 21 and May 23, 2025, is the date of redemption. The face value per security is ₹5 lakh and the company has offered a discount of 7.47 per cent per annum on the security.

Torrent Power on Monday said its arm, Torrent Green Energy (TGEPL), has incorporated Torrent Urja 32 Pvt Ltd (TU32) to generate electricity from renewable energy. TU32, registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on February 12, 2025, is yet to commence its business operations, a regulatory filing said. The authorised as well as paid-up share capital stands at ₹5 lakh.

Biocon Biologics, subsidiary of Biocon, has launched a biosimilar product to treat certain autoimmune diseases, in the US market. YESINTEK (ustekinumab-kfce), which is approved for the treatment of Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, plaque psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, is now available to patients in the US, the company said in a statement. The product is biosimilar to Stelara.
