1. Workout: My fitness routine starts with breathwork, yoga, running, or a gym session. I enjoy resistance training, not just for fitness but mental sharpness too.
2. Reset: Mumbai traffic is brutal, but I turn it into an opportunity to align myself. The first 10 minutes are for meditation, a mental reset. Then I review three key intentions from the night before, helping me drive the day rather than just react to it.
3. Adventure: I’m a certified diver, love monsoon treks. Parenthood has slowed down impromptu getaways, but I still squeeze in the thrill whenever I can — jet skiing, paragliding, you name it. Can’t wait for my kids to grow up, so we can learn skiing together!

4. Prioritise: ‘Big rocks, pebbles, sand, water’ — first get the fitness fundamentals right with diet, exercise, and sleep, before stressing over finer details. So, for example, prioritise healthy eating by adding protein, then map nutrients, then obsess over macros.
5. Stress-buster: Time with my kids is my ultimate stress buster. But weekends aren’t for lazing around. Movement is key — a swim, a casual game, or just running around with the little ones.
