Bengaluru-based Rangsons Aerospace has raised ₹300 crore in a funding round led by ValueQuest Investment Advisors. The funds will be utilised to scale operations, drive growth, and expand into global markets, the company stated.

Commenting on the expansion, Pavan Ranga, Managing Director, Rangsons Aerospace said, “This funding will accelerate our expansion plans and enhance our ability to serve the growing demands of the aerospace and defense sectors.” He noted that the company’s goal is to capture a significant share of the ₹20,000 crore fluid-conveyance system market while continuing to develop world-class solutions for India’s Ministry of Defence and international partners.

Rangsons Aerospace, a part of the Mysuru-based NR Group, which sells essential oils, fragrances, incense, and electronics, and is famous for its Cycle Agarbatti brand has product lines in satellite communication systems, airborne thermal management, and fluid distribution solutions.

Rangsons is a Tier 1 partner to global aerospace majors such as Boeing, GE, and Honeywell, among others. It also supplies several critical systems to entities such as ISRO, the Indian Navy, and HAL. The company has manufacturing facilities across Bangalore and Mysore.
