Vidysea Education Private Limited, a Noida-based AI-powered study abroad guidance platform, has secured $1 million in seed funding led by Zee Learn Limited (ZLL) and Aarvi Family LLP, with additional participation from founders and other shareholders.
The shares of Zee Learn Limited (ZLL) were trading today at ₹7.50 down by ₹0.05 or 0.66 per cent on the NSE today at 2.15 pm.
The five-month-old startup, founded in September 2024, plans to use the funding to strengthen its product offerings and expand its team. Vidysea’s platform aims to simplify the decision-making process for students seeking international education opportunities, from K12 to graduate school levels.

ZLL CEO Manish Rastogi emphasized the growing need for personalized career guidance and praised Vidysea’s approach to providing unbiased, technology-driven recommendations. Vidysea CEO and founder Karunn Kandoi highlighted that the platform will help students navigate program selection and secure admissions to their preferred institutions.

The company’s services include personalized program recommendations, admission requirement guidance, and support for profile building through extracurricular activities, essays, and recommendation letters. The platform also assists students throughout their academic journey, from initial exploration to settling into their new educational environment.
Ravi Patel from Aarvi Family LLP expressed confidence in Vidysea’s mission, stating that investing in education technology is equivalent to investing in society’s future.
