Australia will be a country partner at the Invest Kerala Global Summit 2025 to be held in Kochi on Friday and Saturday.
Australia is keen to explore opportunities in Kerala’s renewable energy, food processing, agricultural technology, space, water and environment management, skills development and innovation sectors.
Consul-General Silai Zaki said in a press statement that Australia will highlight how ‘Innovation propels Australia-India trade and investments’. The country session will feature Australian businesses engaging in the Indian market – food processing and manufacturing company Heat & Control, water and environment management firm Matter City, and renewable energy storage provider Sunpower Renewables.
The session will focus on how Australian and India are leveraging innovation to progress the trade and investment relation and opportunities under the Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement (ECTA). There will be a pavilion to promote Australia’s expertise in renewable energy, education, research and development, innovation, food processing technology.
Invest Kerala provides a platform to showcase Australian expertise and explore new opportunities for collaboration, she said.
