Brigade Enterprises Ltd, the Bengaluru-based real estate developer, has launched Brigade Altius in Chennai, a premium residential project located in Sholinganallur, in the city IT corridor. The project spans 6.5 acres with a total development area of 1.4 million sq ft, featuring three towers comprising of 43 floors each.
Brigade Altius, which rises to a height of approximately 143 meters, will be one of the tallest and most prestigious developments in the area. The project has a revenue potential of ₹1,700 crores, says a company communication to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company’s stock price on the BSE closed yesterday at ₹962.70, down by ₹3.75 or 0.39 per cent.
