Casagrand to develop 2.74 million sq ft of residential space in Hyderabad

Casagrand, a Chennai-based real estate developer, has entered the Hyderabad market. It plans to add 2.74 million square feet of residential space there.

“Hyderabad is one of the fastest emerging markets in the real estate sector in the South. As the city expands beyond its prime clusters, we would like to build residential projects in areas like Mankhal, Attapur, Gowdavalli, and Kompally,” Arun Mn, Founder and Managing Director of Casagrand, has said.

“After launching our first project, Casagrand Hanford at Mamidipally, in 2023, we spent two years understanding the market better. And now, we are launching new projects, which range from apartments to boutique luxury villas,” he said in a statement on Wednesday.
