The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Mangaluru, and the CII Centre of Excellence on Employment and Livelihood, will conduct a two-day capacity building programme on business and financial excellence for entrepreneurs in Mangaluru on February 27 and 28.

Supported by Volvo Group – CSR, this initiative aims to empower micro and small business owners with the necessary skills and insights to scale their businesses effectively.

A media statement said the programme offers hands-on learning through practical applications, brainstorming exercises, and real-world case studies. Expert-led sessions will be conducted in both Kannada and English by experienced trainers. Participants will receive exclusive tools and resources, including a curated curriculum, workbooks, and business development tools.

Networking opportunities will allow entrepreneurs to engage with like-minded peers and industry leaders, and through the CII Entrepreneurs Development Forum, they will gain access to mentorship and business growth opportunities, it said.

The programme will also focus on optimizing cash flow and working capital management for sustainable growth. Participants will learn how to leverage AI and digital tools to expand customer reach, and benefit from ongoing handholding support and mentorship from CII corporate members for six months, the statement said.
