Coforge launches GenAI Center of Excellence with ServiceNow

Coforge Limited announced today the launch of a Generative AI Center of Excellence (CoE) in Greater Noida, India, in partnership with ServiceNow. The initiative combines Coforge’s AI framework Quasar with ServiceNow AI Agents to help organizations leverage AI-driven insights and improve operational efficiency.

The shares of Coforge Limited were trading at ₹7,594.95 down by ₹112.30 or 1.46 per cent on the NSE today at 11.47 am.

The CoE will enable customers to develop and scale AI solutions for industry-specific challenges across financial services, insurance, healthcare, and travel sectors. According to the announcement, the center will focus on accelerating clients’ adoption of ServiceNow’s platform, particularly in payment processing, fraud detection, dispute management, and digital operations resiliency.

“By combining our industry expertise with this market leading AI platform, we can achieve customer success which is our true north star,” said Sudhir Singh, CEO and Executive Director of Coforge.

As part of the collaboration, Coforge is implementing ServiceNow’s agentic AI capabilities to transform its internal HR processes. The company already offers 12 domain-centric solutions on the ServiceNow platform across various industries.

Coforge, an Elite ServiceNow partner, operates 30 global delivery centers across 23 countries, specializing in emerging technologies and domain expertise to deliver business impact for clients.
