Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the lost 0.41%.
The best performers of the session on the were Ambu A/S (CSE:), which rose 2.04% or 2.15 points to trade at 107.30 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CSE:) added 1.63% or 10.00 points to end at 622.40 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CSE:) was up 1.40% or 170.00 points to 12,340.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Coloplast A/S (CSE:), which fell 2.76% or 23.00 points to trade at 809.60 at the close. Genmab (CSE:) declined 0.96% or 25.00 points to end at 2,571.00 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) was down 0.76% or 8.20 points to 1,074.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 83 to 48 and 27 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for August delivery was up 1.60% or 1.15 to $72.95 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 1.50% or 1.15 to hit $77.67 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 1.14% or 21.85 to trade at $1,937.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.54% to 6.80, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.02% to 7.45.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.78% at 102.06.
