Eurobank and LTIMindtree partner to launch global delivery centre in Pune

Eurobank S A, a leading Greek banking group, has partnered with LTIMindtree to establish a new Global Delivery Centre in Pune, India, as part of a multi-year banking technology program announced today. The collaboration, facilitated by Fairfax Digital Services, aims to enhance customer experience through improved banking operations and innovative IT services.

As part of the agreement, LTIMindtree will serve as the Services Partner for Eurobank Luxembourg’s Temenos implementation program, providing maintenance, data migration, and support services. The partnership will extend to modernising technology infrastructure across the bank’s operations in Cyprus, Luxembourg, and Greece.

The shares of LTIMindtree Limited were trading at ₹5,468.75 down by ₹42.85 or 0.78 per cent on the NSE today at 3 pm.

Stavros Ioannou, Deputy CEO and Group COO of Eurobank Holdings, emphasised that the partnership marks a significant milestone in the bank’s digital transformation journey. The new centre in Pune, alongside LTIMindtree’s recently established Greece office, will focus on technology modernisation and maintaining critical banking applications.

Eurobank Group, with total assets of €99.6 billion and 604 branches across multiple countries, aims to leverage LTIMindtree’s expertise to meet evolving customer demands and regulatory requirements. LTIMindtree, a Larsen & Toubro Group company, currently serves over 700 clients globally with a workforce of 86,000 professionals.
