Exclusive: LCG adds ADSS vets Ash Elgarf and Dan Benton to head Dealing, Sales

FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that London based online broker London Capital Group (LCG) is continuing to remake its management team as the company pivots to a new introducing broker model, adding FX industry veterans Ash Elgarf and Dan Benton.

Ash Elgarf (pictured above left) has been Head of Dealing at ADSS London, the FCA regulated arm of UAE based broker ADSS, since 2019. He had previously worked at ETX Capital and at IG Group in various dealing desk roles, dating back to 2002. Ash joins LCG as its new Head of Dealing.

Also joining LCG from ADSS is Dan Benton (pictured above right), as Head of Sales. Dan had also been at ADSS since 2019, as a Senior Sales Trader. Before ADSS he worked at CMC Markets, IG Group, and Finspreads.

LCG, controlled by Swiss neobroker FlowBank, recently made a major shift in its business model to become an introducing broker, as was also reported exclusively last month here at FNG. Late last year LCG ownership went out and hired a new management team in a plan to revive the once-proud brand, led by CEO Dave Worsfold and Managing Director Matt Basi.
