FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that longtime Saxo Bank human resources executive Nicolai Houman has left the company.
Nicolai Houman spent the past six years at Copenhagen based Saxo Bank, and for the past three and a half years carried the title of COO Group People & Culture at the Retail FX and CFDs broker.
Nicolai posted the following note today on social media:
Thanks to Saxo Bank for +6 fantastic years!! What a ride.
My first 3 years as a consultant was great – but the last years as a true Saxonian has been fantastic.
I have worked with some of the best and most inspiring people in the industry. We have had a lot of challenges, been working super hard – but we have also had a lot of fun!
From now on, I will help companies connect the dots between the clients needs and the employees behaviors – enhancing strategy execution through great leadership.
