Fulcrum Digital has unveiled plans to scale its AI ecosystem to 10,000 AI agents by the end of 2025 as part of its enterprise AI innovation strategy. The announcement comes as the digital transformation company celebrates its 25th anniversary.
According to Rajesh Sinha, Founder and Chairman, the company is focusing on Intelligence Amplification (IA) to enhance human decision-making rather than replacing it. This approach represents what Fulcrum Digital sees as the fourth stage of digital maturity for enterprises.
The company’s AI R&D hub in India is developing solutions designed to work alongside human teams. As part of this expansion, Fulcrum Digital plans to double its workforce to 3,000 employees, reinforcing its commitment to AI innovation.
At the centre of this initiative is FD RYZE, described as a one-stop enterprise AI solution. The platform offers capabilities including knowledge base integration, multi-modal querying, comprehensive data access, AI-driven insights, and advanced automation.
FD RYZE is already being implemented across multiple industries. An FMCG company uses it to digitise handwritten notes, while a food tech company employs the platform to convert natural language into SQL queries. A furniture retailer has connected FD RYZE with its HR SharePoint to provide instant responses to employee queries.
Fulcrum Digital emphasises that its AI solutions are industry-agnostic and language model-agnostic, allowing enterprises to integrate AI without overhauling existing systems. The company reports these capabilities are delivering cost savings and operational efficiencies across sectors including financial services, insurance, and retail.
Founded in 1999, Fulcrum Digital currently supports over 100 global clients from facilities in the US, Latin America, Europe, and India.
