Haveli Investments acquires AppViewX; Dino DiMarino named CEO

Haveli Investments, an Austin-based private equity firm, has acquired AppViewX, a Coimbatore/US-based automated certificate lifecycle management (CLM) and public key infrastructure (PKI) solutions provider, for an undisclosed sum. As part of the acquisition, cybersecurity expert Dino DiMarino has been appointed as CEO to lead AppViewX into its next phase of growth, according to a release.

Anand Purushothaman, Founder & CTO of AppViewX will take on a full-time board role, continuing to support AppViewX’s strategic growth and innovation. To further accelerate product development, the company is hiring a CTO in India to expand its centers of excellence in Bangalore and Coimbatore, the release said.

AppViewX also announced additional leadership appointments, including Jim Vasil as CFO and Stephen Tarleton as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Prabhakar Manickam will continue as Chief Customer Officer and will remain focused on facilitating deep customer relationships with AppViewX’s customers.

AppViewX platform provides comprehensive PKI-as-a-Service and identity automation solutions, helping organisations prevent outages, mitigate security risks, and achieve crypto-agility. With headquarters in New York and offices in the UK, Australia, and India, AppViewX is a partner for Fortune 1000 companies, including top global banks, media companies, and healthcare providers, the release said.
