The project, located in North Hinjewadi, will be developed under the Integrated Township Policy, featuring residential, commercial, and retail spaces.
The joint development has launched Phase I, covering 30 acres, with a minimum potential to deliver 3 million sq feet of real estate. The estimated investment for Phase I is approximately ₹500 crore, with a projected turnover of around ₹2,100 crore. The development will include apartments, villa plots, branded residences, and recreational amenities to enhance the holistic living experience of homebuyers.
This strategic collaboration aims to combine the strong local expertise of Krisala Developers with the extensive brand experience of the Hiranandani Group. Both organisations are focused on seamless integration, covering all aspects from land development and approvals to project execution.
