Whether it’s combining finance with data analytics, marketing with digital transformation, or operations with sustainability, companies are increasingly seeking graduates who can integrate diverse skill sets to drive innovation. We’re seeing the emergence of roles, like marketing data analysts that require graduates to blend traditional marketing expertise with data science skills. Cross-functional expertise is no longer a good-to-have, it is a must to stay ahead.
