Motivity Labs secures $6 million IT services contract

Motivity Labs, a subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud Ltd, has won a $6 million contract with one of the world’s largest technology and data center conglomerates, the company announced on February 12, 2025.

The shares of Magellanic Cloud Ltd, closed today on the NSE at ₹71.97 up by ₹2.55 or 3.67 per cent.

The contract will focus on data engineering, advanced data analytics, and Generative AI initiatives. The deal represents a significant expansion for the IT services company that operates across India, the US, and Canada.

Krishna Prasad Vyakaranam, CTO of Motivity Labs, stated that the company’s value proposition leverages next-generation digital capabilities including Generative AI, Agentic AI, data engineering, real-time analytics, and hyper-automation.

The Hyderabad-based company has been operating for over 15 years, providing services to multiple sectors including BFSI, Hospitality, Healthcare, Telecom, and Automotive. It claims to have a workforce of over 1,600 professionals serving more than 100 clients, including several Fortune 1,000 companies.

Motivity Labs has previously been recognized as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the U.S. for four consecutive years, according to the press release. The company continues to seek opportunities for inorganic growth and strategic expansion in AI-driven solutions.
