Now, an exclusive GPT for hospitality industry

The International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) is building an exclusive GPT for the hospitality industry.

The GPT will give students, faculty, hospitality professionals, and industry stakeholders insights, trends, and best practices regarding the hospitality industry.

“The goal is to improve their operational excellence in hospitality using AI-powered tools and solutions,” Suborno Bose, Chairman of the institute, said.

Bose said that the GPT, named NamAIste GPT, was getting ready. “It is in a testing mode currently. It will be formally launched by Union Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekawat on April 24, the International Hospitality Day,” he said.

The institute showcased a few salient features of the GPT at a function organised here on Wednesday, which included a video screening.

“If you ask ChatGPT about Nigerian Wines, it gives a wrong answer. We need a dedicated GPT for the hospitality industry,” he said.
