India’s digital payments company Paytm has partnered with online travel platform Agoda to integrate hotel booking services on the Paytm app, the company announced today. The collaboration enables Paytm users to access Agoda’s accommodation options across domestic and international destinations.
The shares of One 97 Communications Limited were trading at ₹772.65 down by ₹37.15 or 4.59 per cent on the NSE today at 12.05 pm.
The partnership expands Paytm Travel’s existing services, which already include flights, buses, and trains bookings. Through this integration, users will have access to Agoda’s extensive inventory of hotels along with exclusive deals and offers.

Paytm Travel CEO Vikash Jalan said the partnership strengthens the company’s position as a comprehensive travel solution provider. Agoda’s Chief Commercial Officer Damien Pfirsch emphasized that the collaboration aims to enhance booking convenience for Indian travelers.
As an IATA-accredited travel agent, Paytm Travel offers features such as free cancellations, instant refunds, and travel insurance. The platform also provides special discounts through its banking partnerships.
Agoda, headquartered in Singapore, is part of Booking Holdings and operates a network of over 5 million hotels and holiday properties worldwide. The platform employs more than 7,000 staff across 27 markets and offers services in 39 languages with round-the-clock customer support.
