Remsons Industries, an automotive OEM components manufacturer, has reported that its net profit in the December quarter was up 33 per cent at ₹4 crore against ₹3 crore logged in the same period last year, due to sale of value-added products and export realisations.

Revenue was up 26 per cent at ₹103 crore (₹82 crore).

EBITDA jumped 50 per cent to ₹12 crore (₹8 crore).

Krishna Kejriwal, Managing Director, Remsons Industries said the company has achieved its highest-ever revenue growth on a healthy margin further strengthening the financial position to achieve the targeted revenue of ₹900-₹1,000 crore by FY29.

The strategic focus on high-value products, operational efficiency improvements and strong export realisations helped to drive the company’s profitability.

Looking ahead, the company is confident in its ability to sustain the growth momentum and long-term success.

The focus will continue to be on strengthening the business model, moving up the value chain and driving sustained growth by broadening the product portfolio and further diversifying into the Railways sector, he said.
