Sobers a person up by improving CNS activity, cognition, and motor cortex function
Prevents residual alcohol from being absorbed in the gut by creating a protective shield around the gut wall which also reduces the tendency of nausea and vomiting
Reduces effects of alcohol that has been absorbed by the blood by breaking down the alcohol and improving liver function. It takes a few hours for the liver to metabolize each ounce of alcohol and this action is rate-limited (liver can only handle so much alcohol at one time). Alcohol continues to sit in the blood further increasing your Blood Alcohol Level (BAC) until it can be metabolized. Jarrett is a seasoned entrepreneur and innovator with over 30 years of experience in
creating and growing successful businesses. He was the Co-Founder and CEO of GBB Drink Lab,
which developed Safety Shot. As one of the original thought leaders and investors in LifeLock,
he applied his expertise in sales, marketing, and strategic business development to grow Life-
Lock to $500M in revenue and take public in 2012. Lifelock was subsequently acquired by Sy-
mantec for $2.3B. Prior to LifeLock, Jarrett founded SW Promotions, Inc, a resort marketing and
advertising firm that was acquired by one of its publicly traded partners.
