StarTek (SRT) Q4 Earnings Surpass Estimates

StarTek (SRT) came out with quarterly earnings of $0.31 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.12 per share. This compares to earnings of $0.16 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

This quarterly report represents an earnings surprise of 158.33%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this call center operator would post earnings of $0.11 per share when it actually produced earnings of $0.10, delivering a surprise of -9.09%.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus EPS estimates two times.

StarTek, which belongs to the Zacks Outsourcing industry, posted revenues of $92.96 million for the quarter ended December 2022, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 45.28%. This compares to year-ago revenues of $178.75 million. The company has topped consensus revenue estimates just once over the last four quarters.

TriNet Group’s revenues are expected to be $364.55 million, down 7.7% from the year-ago quarter.
