Titan Company in a quarterly update to the exchanges said revenue rose 25 per cent year-on-year for the quarter ended March across all its businesses. Its mainstay, the jewellery business, grew 25 per cent over the previous year, on the back of a significant increase in gold prices. Elevated gold prices resulted in sluggish consumer demand at lower price points, leading to single-digit buyer growth, while demand at higher price bands was sustained, resulting in a high double-digit growth in ticket sizes.
City gas delivery and petroleum companies such as BPCL, HPCL, Indian Oil Corporation, Gujarat Gas and others will remain in focus as the price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) is set to increase by ₹50 per cylinder from today morning for both Ujjwala (PMUY) and non-Ujjwala consumers, Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said on Monday. “For PMUY beneficiaries, the price will rise from ₹500 to ₹550 per cylinder. For other consumers, it will increase from ₹803 to ₹853,” Puri said. The LPG price hike will be reviewed every 15 days and altered based on international prices, he further added.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a licence agreement for a new hotel property (Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels) in Darjeeling, West Bengal. The property will be managed by its subsidiary, Carnation Hotels, and is expected to open in FY26.
Brigade Enterprises has signed a Joint Development Agreement for a residential project spread across 10 acres and 37 guntas, with a total development potential of around 0.37 million square feet. The gross development value (GDV) of the project is around ₹225 crore.
