State-owned NBCC sold 1,233 housing units for ₹3,217 crore through e-auction in a new project at Greater Noida, a development that will help the company complete stalled projects of the erstwhile Amrapali Group. In line with the Supreme Court’s direction, NBCC (India) Ltd will complete Amrapali’s stuck projects through the Amrapali Stalled Projects Investments Reconstruction Establishment (ASPIRE). The state-owned firm was asked to complete 38,000 flats and hand them over to homebuyers.

Apollo Micro Systems Ltd (AMSL) has signed an agreement with state-owned Munitions India to jointly develop defence systems in the domestic and international markets. As part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), both entities will identify and pursue opportunities for the design, development, and deployment of advanced defence technologies, Hyderabad-based AMSL said in a regulatory filing.

Wadia group firm National Peroxide on Tuesday settled with capital markets regulator SEBI a case pertaining to the alleged violation of disclosure lapses after paying ₹Rs 9.4 lakh in settlement amount. The order came after National Peroxide Ltd filed an application in November last year with SEBI proposing to settle the instant proceedings initiated against it, without “admitting or denying the findings of facts and conclusions of law”.

Jupiter Wagons has received a letter of acceptance (LoA) from Ambuja Cements Ltd and ACC Ltd, both part of the Adani Cement Group, for manufacture and supply of BCFCM rakes and BVCM wagons. The order is valued at approximately ₹600 crore.

Happy Forgings has secured a global contract to provide heavy forged and precision-machined parts weighing as much as 1,000 kg for application in the industrial and mining sectors. The order entails annual committed volumes of ₹95 crore with a peak annual revenue potential of ₹160 crore. Testing and sampling is scheduled in 2027 and supplies are expected to commence in 2028 under the binding long-term supply contract.

BEML Ltd., a leading Defence Public Sector Undertaking (DPSU) under the Ministry of Defence, has signed a strategic partnership with STX Engine, a renowned South Korean company, to co-develop, manufacture, and market Battle Tank engines, marine engines, spares, and engine aggregates. The agreement includes servicing and maintenance of engine components to cater to Indian defence needs while exploring export opportunities with friendly nations.

Cyient DLM has signed a production contract with Boeing Global Services (BGS) for precision-machined parts and assemblies. 

Mrs Bector Foods has informed the exchanges that the Joint Commissioner, CGST, Gautam Buddha Nagar, has confirmed a tax demand of ₹6.51 crore (CGST & SGST) for July 2017 – March 2023, along with an equal penalty. This relates to GST rate interpretation on Kulcha and Chocofill Bun.

Chalet Hotels has executed a Share Purchase Agreement with Mahananda Spa and Resorts Private Ltd (MSRPL) for the acquisition of 100% of the equity shares and 100% of the 0.01% optionally convertible non-cumulative redeemable preference shares. MSRPL is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

NIBE has informed the exchanges that The Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) has allotted 3.27 lakh square metres of land in Shirdi to the company for setting up an industrial unit to manufacture defence products.

East West Freight Carriers has entered into a service contract with East Africa’s Abyssinia Group of Industries (AGI). AGI has announced the commissioning of its factory in Jinja, Uganda, and has appointed EWFCL as its freight forwarder as choice. The logistics support service is expected to generate ₹ 7.5 crore in revenue.
