Top Employers Institute (TEI) has awarded an ‘enterprise certification’ to the digital transformation solutions company UST in the large enterprise category. UST also received the 2025 ‘regional certification’ (‘Blue Seal’) for North America and APAC and the ‘Red Seal’ in 10 countries. The company has been re-certified as a 2025 Top Employer in the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Taiwan, India, Malaysia, Australia, the Philippines, and Spain, a company spokesperson said.
Workplace environment
Enterprise certification is a testament to UST’s continuous efforts to invest in employees and foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and excellence, he added. It also underscores UST’s commitment to fostering a positive workplace environment at all offices. The company has been repeatedly certified as the top employer, having previously won recognition in 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 for its dedication to a better world of work, demonstrated through excellent HR policies and people practices.
Certification is only issued to organisations with 10 or more red seals, provided employees in participating countries collectively represents more than 95 per cent of the company’s total workforce. UST ranks among a distinguished group of global companies that have achieved excellence in employee conditions, people policies, and programmes.

HR best practices
TEI certifies organisations based on participation in and results of a HR best practices survey which covers six domains under 20 topics including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity & inclusion, well-being.
