CREDAI Tamil Nadu, representing private real estate developers across the State, formally inducted its new leadership team for the 2025-2027 term, with WS Habib, CMD of RWD, assuming office as President.
The other major office-bearers are V Gopinath (Vice President), S Srikumar (Secretary), V Sathasivam (Joint Secretary), and PR Jai Prakash (Treasurer), according to a release.
With a renewed focus on digitisation, regulatory transparency, and green development, the leadership pledged to be an active partner in Tamil Nadu’s growth story—helping shape cities that are modern, affordable, and built for the future, the release added.
